Made a reservation in a town with 2 uhauls. Neither had my reservation. While my entire trip was at risk. The uhaul was over priced. Then was upsild because the manager didn't know if my full coverage GEICO insurance would cover the uhaul. The once I arrived in dallas, I tried finding a drop off location and was meet with managers that wouldn't simply tell me I could call and move my location to theirs. Instead they told me I would be charged an additional 600 if I left it in the wrong place! So wasted another 2 hours driving back and fourth to a location I eventually was able to drop off to once I called uhal and found out it was a simple call the manager could do. Highly unsatisfied and will never use uhaul again. I would file a complaint against the manager of 1501 Pkwy if I could.
