I had trouble with the mobile app. The owner of the shop came and personally assisted me through the entire process. She made it easy for me to get going, she clarified all of my concerns, and she was so kind as I watched a transaction with the customer before me. Cesar AI drove a total of 10 miles - the fuel gauge never moved , stopped and put 8.00 in it at waa waa on the route but we were still charged 22.50 for fuel? Not good with that - the other charges were correct but I should not have been penalized for fuel that we did not use. The 10 miles was 4.3 flat miles each way and .2 miles to hectors. This doesn’t add up!
