To make sure they have enough supplies. I ordered and was charged for 24 blankets and only received 8 of them. Took way too much time to get the truck. Waited over 2 hours due to trouble the customer before us had. Would never go to this place again.

Ann CStore owner was unavailable and person working there was not helpful. Employee had no record of my reservation and did not care that i had a reservation number and printout as proof. Told me i had to wait another day to get my rental. After 20 minutes of going back and forth, he decided to finally call the owner. After approx 20 more minutes, uhaul dispatcher called me to retify the situation. Despite the official uhaul dispatcher assisting with my reservation, the employee at the lication still refused to assist me in any way unless being contacted by the business owner. Another 10 mins goes by and finally i had keys in hand. While operating the vehicle, i found that the driver side front tire was very low, and the location had no operational air pump to inflate to safe pressure. The left turn signal, hazard lights and headlights were NOT operational. I highly recommend everyone rent from a different location.
