Everything from start to finish : Front was all over the place Has a break pulsation with a load on. Lights on the trailer would go on an off. No one helped us when picking the truck up.I was there for 2 hrs.. Then they talk to me on the phone they could find the order number so they did another order an charge3d me 600.00 more iT WAS A 12FT TRUCK AN I WAS SOPPOSED TO GET A 15FT TRUCK. He HAD NO CLUE WHAT HE WAS DOING. His brother took car of the uhual dept. His brother an the lady i talked to had no clue what was going on. The truck and trailer this phone call i was give 2 totally different prices. I will not let this rest until this is taken care of the right way. I would like to submit Heinles was a below average pick up l.ocation w/ extremely poor customer service .

Brittany CTo make sure they have enough supplies. I ordered and was charged for 24 blankets and only received 8 of them. Took way too much time to get the truck. Waited over 2 hours due to trouble the customer before us had. Would never go to this place again.
