The app was convenient to access the truck but I had some problems. Cell service was spotty and slow so using the app was slow. Would be nice to have free WiFi for guests. The app requested pictures of the truck when I picked the truck up but the pictures would not register on the app so I was never able to complete that step. The pictures of the truck when dropping it off were a lot faster with no issues

KELLY DWas up charged for extra milage when I was given a different pick up location and a different drop off location which added extra miles to my travel. Then told I had to call in during my complicated time of moving to try to get a refund! Not good!
