I just feel like the reservation had discounts that were not applied because the cashier didn't see them in the notes. There was rectification for helping ensure I was satisfied.
SHLIS MTrailer shook and vibrated terribly. Tiers out of balance or worse. Made for a very long and difficult ride.
TIMOTHY VI was pretty much ignored, then personel went to check the truck without saying more to me. I was left inside waiting, for no reason it turns out, for 20 minutes, as she came back in and started doing other things. I asked if we were done- turns out she was finished with me as soon as she took the key but didn't bother to say so. It's not like I or anyone rents uhaul regularly enough to know not to stand there and wait for a receipt or acknowledgement that you're done.

JOSHUA RThe printer was not working I had to leave without siginig or seeing a contract. I told the location about my travel plan. I was recommended the wrong rate after requesting a comparison between a one-way and a local in town rate. It. Is suggested to me to take the one way resulting in an overcharge of $100. I returned to the origin point and complained. He admitted that he was not the person who normally handles U-Haul. He asks me to call 1-800…I did and await a call back
SCOTT BMy truck showed the trailer had not been maintained in at least 10 months vital parts like wheel bearings brakes and hydronics I carried the trailer back because I didn't need a wheel running totally off on my route and causing a mishap on a major road

DONALD BThe location is fine and convenient, I believe uhaul is just too pricey . It's better to just put down that 300 dollar hold and get you a rental box truck from enterprise because they offer unlimited miles.

LENUS TDrop off would have gone smoother if uhaul would not messed up my reservation, which is not a fault of the drop off location.

ANDREW LEmployee filled out the paper work and got us ready quickly. Person assisting hookup was very helpful since the ball did not fit exactly as needed, a new ball was purchased and employee changed out for us. Over and beyond what was expected.

Allison AEverything about the women working there and the location was perfect, the only exception is 20 minutes down the road my tire completely blew because that tire (as well as other ones) were old, worn down and apparently not up to standard.

GLENN HChains were not put on my vehicle correctly per the U-Haul store I dropped it off at. He said very dangerous the way they were attracted. He used a hammer to bend the chain so it would fit over my loops on my hitch. Dro off guy said the should have looed thru and secured. I didn’t know. Very upset over this The possibility of loosing the trailer and causing damage or injury was very high. One poor experience leaves me looking elsewhere in th future if I need rent
