The location itself was fine however I was unhappy with uhaul for not having a closer location. When I originally made the reservation they had one in town then the day before they called and said they didn't and I'd have to to this location to pick it up. I asked her if this would change the price she said it would not. However it most certainly did up the price! I am not happy about thisHeather B.

The truck and trailer was not at order location although ordered days ahead of time. The location I was sent to is a trashy place, selling garage sale stuff by the bag. The lady did not have a computer - only a tablet. She could not access her site while her kids were playing loud video games right next to us - probably taking all the WiFi wand with. She said she could try from her phone but could not find it. She finally called someone. I had already checked in online. The website had all my information yet that person wanted to recreate a NEW order - asking me to repeat everything . It took me 2 hours to leave with a truck! But then, I asked if I could leave my car on the lawn and come back with the truck full to attach the trailer with my car on it. She said yes. Her business is open until 5:00 pm . When I came back at 2:30 pm. The curtain were closed . I looked around and she poked her head saying I did not want her help in the morning now I had to call customer service! She argued with me - very very rude lady. She even tried to close the door on my foot. At that point I was already late to my destination where movers were waiting for me. I decided to leave with the truck and called a friend to come get my car. He showed up at 4:30 pm. She had my car towed although it was still opened for business as if it was an abandoned vÃ©hicule!!! She refused to finalize the transaction and assist in making sure the trailer was well attached to the truck although I had already paid for it. She called the police and lied to the police to cover herself. I was now without my own car and called U-Haul to change the one way to around trip . I request at no additional cost since my predicament was caused by the wrong doing of your agent. I was asked to wait till the regional manager call me. Well, it never happened on Sunday nor Monday until 5:00 pm. By then, I had taken upon myself to return the truck to the original place of order. He refunded the trailer that was never delivered to me but he was so biased to defend the unacceptable customer service I received and the substandard technology to process an order. The U-haul experience was a very very bad one. I want someone to call me back . I want to know if the space used to store U-Haul truck is rented space by U-Haul and therefore a place of business during business hours where customers who entered into a rental contract with U-Haul can Legitimately expect that their vÃ©hicule are safe from being towed like an abandoned vÃ©hicule. She showed me were to park my car until I get the trailer. I was invited by her to park my car on that spot where U-Haul equipment is stored.muriel D.
The trailer scheduled was in poor condition, brake-blinker-marker lights would not work. The attendant was helpful in getting us an upgrade into a safe trailer. You need some type of safety checks before allowing rentals, better servicing.James K.

On the positive side, the owners were very helpful in getting the trailer I rented hitched up, and in getting my vehicle out and in to the parking area. On the negative... owner asked if I could have the trailer back by a certain time. When I said I would try but might be a little later, she said it would be ok because she was on site 24 hrs. Never did she say she was entering it as a local rental and I would have to pay DOUBLE if I was an hour later than the time she asked me to return. I just thought she wanted me to return before closing time for her store. Had I known what she was doing, I would have either asked for a longer rental window OR tried a lot harder to get back on time.Cindy T.
Was to get an dolly's got there did not have one i had to move trailer around to get to the one i rented there was a car in the way that I was told was some one that rented a truck and today when i dropped off the trailer the lady that works there was putting her kids in it to leave will never use them again and i have already had friends go to another uhaulLeonard D.

I ended up at this location. The rental was done on a cell phone.I was suppose to get a truck in Nacogdoches but at 830 am I got s call saying our truck had been returned to a diff drop off so there was no truck for us. Our pick up was 10 am. Now I was told someone tried to call us the day before. No message was left. We had to drive 30 miles out of town to pick up another truck. Delayed our move several hours. The apartment we moved from over looks the rental facility there were 4 trucks sitting in their parking lot all day long! But not our truck?!Joalice S.
