Could not get them to answer the phone. No one was there. Door was locked. They finally called me back and told me which trailer to take. Because U-Haul does not put jacks in their trailers and my hitch is approximately 2’ off the ground I could not get the trailer hooked up. I texted them for help because they don’t answer the phone and asked for help. I have a bad back and they send a 14 year old kid out to help! We got it connected but it was not easy. Once connected I checked the light and right brake light and blinker was not working. I was not about to try and switch to another trailer so I told them I would just take it anyway. Drop off time and could not get anyone to answer the phone so I had to off load trailer by myself. Sent text with pictures to prove trailer was there and in good condition and left. Got a text 1 hour later saying they would email me the receipt. I will never go there again. Cannot believe U-Haul lets people like that rent their equipment.
