This location was very run down and felt dangerous. The furniture pads were not in the truck as promised, even though I was charged for them.
James SThe UHaul basically stands outside an old hotel that looks like it is being renovated. Luckily the person renting the truck to us was there, because he told us the keyboard was inside the back of the truck and it was not. We were able to call the guy and he eventually went inside the hotel and got the key for us. When we returned the truck no one was there and the hotel was locked up. I had also ordered 2 dollies and furniture pads but none were supplied with the U-Haul. If I did not arrange move in help, who brought their own dollies, we would have had a huge problem. My couches now have black marks on them because we did not receive the furniture pads we ordered. The location was very convenient (Just off the I-10). This is the only reason I am not giving the lowest rating for this location .
Nadine KPlace was very creepy and dirty. Felt sketchy.
David SI got the truck on 1/16 tank of gas. I put over $30 in before I could even USE the truck. The doors to the location were locked when I tried to turn it in at 2:15. I was able to go around to the night desk and the person who gave me the truck took the keys, but the truck wasn't fully returned for another 30 mins.
Robin SThe cab of the U-Haul smelled like smoke. It would be better if there were at least air fresheners in the cab.
