Location was in an office on a street of small businesses. Closed when we arrived. Main U-Haul phone number was very helpful and arranged a drop at a different location just 10 min away. But process took almost an hour.

Jack SIt would help it they would have a parking lot(secured) and staff to assist you or a code to to get into the (parking lot), but sadly none of the above were present.
