Would not recommend this drop-off location. It's in the city on a busy main street, and having to return the truck there after dark was a real hassle. I had to dodge traffic just to take the required photos of the truck's final condition. On top of that, it wasn't clear the address was even a U-Haul location—there was no obvious signage—so I had to call the service center just to figure out where to leave the truck and drop the keys. After working all day moving, the last thing you want is to deal with a confusing, poorly marked drop-off in a bad spot late at night. Save yourself the stress and choose a different location if you can

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo one at location during posted "open" hours when we tried to return the trailer. Tried to call multiple times (in advance and day of) and call was never returned. Literally had to leave the trailer on the street. Not sure why they are still approved by U-Haul as a drop off location, 0/10 would not recommend.
Katherine TThere was little signage at the location, which was CLOSED when we went to pick up our order. After trying the 1-800 number, and looking around, we saw a ring doorbell. After pressing it, the location manager called and said he would come by to give us the truck. 20 minutes later he arrived. Then it took another 40 minutes for him to figure out how to assign us the truck. We were late to meet friends to pack up the truck as a result. I've used U-Haul many times - this location stands out for its extremely poor service.
Andrew WThe "lot" is basically street parking, on a busy street. My 15' van was wider than the available space, so it stuck out into one lane a little bit. It was just blind luck that there was a space available at all. If there hadn't been a space there, I have no idea where I was going to put the equipment. The key drop was a little slot in a door, not overly obvious until you're right on top of it.
Christopher MLocation was in an office on a street of small businesses. Closed when we arrived. Main U-Haul phone number was very helpful and arranged a drop at a different location just 10 min away. But process took almost an hour.
