Individual working did not move from behind the counter when I came in to drop the truck off. No other customers, nor other people working. Told me to give him the keys and good to go. I explained I was dropping off a day early and it was full of gas and well under the mileage. He just said oh. Later he called and said the truck had some dome dog hair and I needed to come and clean it. I was by this time 75 miles away from the drop off so I asked how much if I dont clean and he said, 25 dollars. I said just charge me then. I would think since I dropped it off early because uhaul sent me a message saying they had an urgent need for trucks, and I dropped off a day early that uhaul would not charge a cleaning fee. There was a very small amount of dog hair. The day we picked up the truck had to wait almost 2 hours to get it due to global uhaul computer issues.

Carl SWas charged for 89 miles and there is no way I went 89 miles. My calculation was 54miles. The guy at the location was switching keys and typing in the computer. After I picked up the U-Haul I went to Act Storage on New Sapulpa Road. 7500 New Sapulpa Road, Sapulpa Then I went to 9803 e 96th St N owasso, then turned U-Haul back in. $182 that’s ridiculous. Not happy at all

KIMSEAN IThe Headlight are dim and pointing in different directions. Milage charges were unexpectedly expensive. I will not rent another truck from Uhaul. The $19 a day is a SCAM.

The authorized driver function did not work for us either. Shoutout to Takeisha, my customer service rep for helping me get things sorted.
EMERSON HNasty attitude EVERYTIME I come to this location. Uninviting tone dirty and ran down facility. How do you own a gas station with no gas. I got charged a extra $50 because all 4 of the gas pumps had plastic bags on them and I would’ve got charged extra miles for going to another gas station when the only reason I chose this location is bc it was GAS STATION and UHAUL drop off. I rent UHAUL trucks at least 3-4 a week and this is the absolute WORST place affiliated with UHAUL. I bet a won’t be back to this location.

Roy WGot a call the night before my reservation telling me they didn’t have the dolly I reserved. Instead of them tracking one down from another location I was on my own to find one.

ASHLEY OThere was no ramp on the truck so it took twice as long to load and unload, the air did not work, and it was very hot, and the price I agreed to changed by an extra 40.00!
JULIE ELocation has big potholes in the parking lot. Customer service was lacking. Keys were thrown across the desk by employee. The same employee peeled out 4 feet in front of me and my fiance in the U-Haul after we finished the check out process. If there’s another location for UHaul in Owasso, I’d rather not come back here. How this gas station has stayed open, I’ll never know.

CATHY TSafety Chain/Cable hooks were TOO big...WAY bigger than any other trailer on property. I had to purchase a threaded link to provide attachment.
Michael PThe turn around on trucks is very hectic at this location due to the number of U-Haul spots in Owasso. Sometimes they have 8 to 10 trucks, other times one or none.
Robert ZThe store is old and ran down. The parking lot has giant potholes in it. It’s a gas station however there’s no gas. So when you return your U-Haul, thinking you can fill it up there at the gas station. You’re stuck not being able to fill it up because there’s no gas. Then you get charged $64 for 8 gallons of gas, which is absolutely ridiculous and if this is how U-Haul is going to do business, I can go to Penske and rent a truck.
Casey LOwner was rude, charged way more than quoted and then tried to make me pay him in cash ONLY to fill back up an inch.
