I never leave complaints But I returned the day I was due To return they didn’t mark the return until several days later which made U-Haul charge me for unnecessary use Please be careful when returning your U-Haul rental here’s That was very sketchy from their part, I have rented before from U-Haul and never had anything like this happens very unprofessional of this shops part to try to take advantage of U-Haul customers

I was pleased with the service the truck needed to be washed forsure and was on empty when I picked it up which I wasn’t happy about. But truck ran well and did the job. Also need to remind U-Haul that some locations like the one I rented from do not carry large dolly’s like I paid for they only have the small ones
