Melissa HThis truck was in rough shape. It was clean but the fact I paid for insurance to walk out and see the whole thing covered in dents and scratches and ride very rough was disappointing. There was nothing I could have done besides drive it off a bridge to make the truck look any worse. This is why I usually drive a bit further to rent a Penske.
Bryan GFor some reason the turn in location in Waco I wanted wasn't listed. I missed it. When I got to Waco I realized the store on the receipt was 1 mile from the store I wanted. I went to the store I wanted and was told changing the location would double the rental fee. 😳. I used the app and dropped off at the location on receipt. It was easy, but a doubling of charge to drop off 1 mi away....Hard to believe.
James DHad reserved a trailer but was not informed that there was not one available when we came to pick up the truck.

Bruce SEverything was great I used it for 4 hours just felt that the miles was just to high . At penske its free miles . So I paid 247 for 4 hours ..wasn't what I anticipated but the service was awesome just got caught off guard with the price of the miles 1.19 a mile was just a little to much .other then that They deserve 4 🌟. Again this is just because I didnt pay attention on miles .I appreciate their service 🙏
