JAMES DThe app doesn't let me upload my driver's license photos so I had to go inside. The workers are nice. I don't like the laundromat strong chemical smell, but that is a different issue.
Jina WWe did not receive any blankets or tie straps as was suppose to be part of our rental.
Robert BOn our trip we had to blow up one of the tires once and on return to the U-Haul that same tire was low again! Also one of the bolts came loose. However nothing bad happened and we made it to our destination safely!
