Associates need to confirm outgoing and incoming vehicles, specifically, fuel levels. I took delivery of the moving truck at a little over half a tank. The outgoing associate stated to make sure that the truck returned back with fuel at a little over half a tank. When I returned, the incoming associate stated that I was going to be charged a fuel charge because the truck was not fueled back up to full. I advised her that I was returning the truck just as I took delivery. She was able to remove the charge, but I had to insist for that to occur. Other than that, I have always returned to this location and will continue to return as needed in the future.
