I was told I couldn't even turn it in to my original location, and I had to find another one nearby which was also very unpleasant. They were dirty and off putting. The first man who I was originally supposed to give it to was also very rude.
Nothing! I forgot my trailer hitch/ ball and they had one ready for purchase with new wiring harness. Everything seamless.
I went 20 miles and put in a gallon of gas and still was charged an extra $4.50 for gas, we are talking a hair width on the gauge. I think you need to tell customers how many miles to the gallon the vehicle gets and give recommendations on how much to refill up front.

The trailer light did not work. Wires were cut on writing system which I had to fix on the road. I was charged a $40 insurance for damages but when I was on the road the entire lights stop working. Very disappointed with everything!!!
you should get rid of employees that curse at customers; even the other employees who work there called him an "asshole" he works early mornings and is rude. I spoke to Mr Olson and Mr Malina about my situation being a first responder and was suppose to get a credit to my account and again I was charged. So upset about this whole situation!!!!

I dealt with two different sets of employees and on each day they were both friendly, professional and got me on my way as quick as they could with no complications. I wish more businesses nowadays had employees like the ones I ran into at this place.

Easy, nice trailer.
Had to wait over 30 minutes even with a reservation. Wrong equipment was hooked up to my vehicle, then I was charged an after hours fee when the equipment was returned during business hours. The person at the location said it would be corrected, but then charged me for the wrong trailer that was hooked up to my vehicle.
Inform the customer that the employees are getting training and the service will take a little longer than usual. If a customer says that something is showing up on the indicator lights (low air) attend to the problem before making an excuse that the vehicles are poorly maintained.
In this tough times with the pandemic; they shouldn't, Touch ID and credit card if I updated all my information before picking up my vehicle. That go to me. They should look it and compare that the informaciÃ³n is correct or get a scanner, then no desinfectant touching vehicles. It works both ways I need to protect myself and the company needs to take care of the employees
