EFFIE CI had no issues with the equipment and the personnel were nice and pleasant. I’ve used this location several times over the past 4-yrs and things have been outstanding.
CHARLES MThe window on the inside of the vehicle was very dirty was not visible when driving very dangerous. The back of the inside of the vehicle was a little dirty. Other than that everything was good it ran good had a little knock in it but that's it. I had used U-Hauls for moving a very long time more than 40 years I even worked for you. Yes I would recommend you all. At the location the gentleman was very nice and very polite and very helpful good worker

KARL MMade my reservation well ahead of time to carry some items for my daughter’s wedding. Had reserved blankets as well to protect the items. When I arrived there were no blankets available and there was no accountability for that fact. I did receive a discount but it lead me to have to scramble to find the needed items putting me behind schedule. What’s the purpose of a reservation if the company doesn’t guarantee what you have supposedly asked for. Will try other options next time to see if they value my business more.
