The morning of my pickup the staff picked up the trailer from another location, which was not that far away, just so they would have a trailer for me when I showed up that morning. That’s customer service. They could have said you have to pick it up at the other location.

KATHERYNE AThe U-Haul truck broke down (battery) where I was stuck 3 blocks away from your business, you offered no help. I had to wait an hour and a half for a truck to jump the battery. You made no effort to solve the issue from your business office!!!!
William CI did not know where to put the lock. Would not fit in the key return and was scared to put back on truck back door cause I did not know if others knew the code to remove the lock. Place had lots of open space which was nice for parking. No personnel was present cause it was a Sunday.

HERBERT HDuring the return of the rented truck, I was informed that we exceeded the allotted mileage and was charged additional. A portion of this overage was attributable to U-Haul changing our reservation causing us to drive 45mins further than our original arrangements which would have added 20+ miles to the total mileage used. Furthermore, I was assessed a fuel charge due to the truck being returned with the same or more fuel as when picked up. I took a picture of the fuel gauge before leaving the lot and the truck was about 3/4 full. I returned the truck with the same or more fuel that what I started with. I expect to be reimbursed the fuel surcharge and the extra mileage charge which I should not have been assessed. My contact information is 817-994-8827.

RODNEY HTire blew out on my ride home. Not sure if the tire was inspected or the shape of the tire when I picked it up but maybe could have been avoided.
Payton COne thing to let the guys at the place i picked it up, one of the tire straps was too short, i happened to have another strap to make it work. Overall great experience with these guys will use them again
