Spent at least an hour and a half speaking with Customer Service. Very frustrating to say the least.. Check in was terrible and returning the vehicle was just as bad.

The gentleman at the counter was awesome. I rented a van short notice on Friday. He was very accommodating and personable. He made it a great experience. I rent vans every couple weeks to move furniture for my second job. I'll definitely be back to this location. Thank you!

I wish I knew who was working the front desk but that young man was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. He was working August 15 2020 in the A.M. when I got there and there when I dropped the vehicle off. I would very much like to recognize him for being extremely helpful and friendly.

No issues eith the location. Issues with uhaul itself. Morning of my move, they didn't have a truck for me, had to go to a different location. System went down and had to wait for a truck for over an hour. Not locations fault.

Computer system went down and I had to wait for over an hour. The agent was fantastic but, UHaul never offered me any compensation for my lost time. The agent was great but corporate let me and the agent down.

I was given 4 locations in two days to pick up a vehicle. Then I was given a different location than my pick place to drop half way across town. Sorry...but your 800 people are clueless. Location people are awesome. I'll be looking else ware for next time. This is two times in a row that pick up and check out was a nightmare.

After hours return on Saturday was 3pm. I was told to put keys in box. My text message involved taking pictures of gauges, interior, exterior and where parked. Other option was $20 courtesy fee? This is bad policy and was never explained.

I originally was suppose to pick up in Grayson KY after I was told by the website I had a truck. I was also told that the website dont tell you that information when I know it does because I tried to rent in Huntington West Virginia. This location that I picked the truck up from in Hilliard Ohio was very friendly very nice and I would recommend it anyone to go there. I suggest that U-Haul company period gets their website together so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I was overcharged I drove 35 miles not 135 miles. I called today she said she will call me back tomorrow. I will call my credit card company tomorrow and stop payment. Also it took almost a half hour just to get the truck after a filled out all the information. The web site would not download my picture from my license. I hope this gets resolved quickly. The agent at this location was on her way out for the day when we pulled in. Instead of leaving, she asked if we needed help and pulled back in to assist us in returning the trailer. She was extremely helpful and pleasant checking us in. I didn't get her name, but she is a shining example of superior customer service.

Cab of truck had some coffee or soda spilled around and a little trash, not a big deal.The rest of truck was good. Truck shocks were extremely tight rough ride, did some damage to my equipment on 15 hour drive down. Newer trucks are not as smooth a ride as the old ones. Felt every bump.

Make the place of pick up the location desired by the customer; not the place of convenience for U-Haul. Also, the fuel level on paperwork indicated 5/16 full which was depicted by a scale. The actual gauge, however, did not mirror the scale so there is no way to verify accuracy.

Got there 5:30pm and would like to hand over to live person. But glad it's a 24/7 location if I had to return after hours. Overall very impressed with Uhaul. Previously I had rented trailers but don't have a truck anymore to tow So self drive worked out well for me. I will have another load to move when house sells and I will use Uhaul again.
