the service wasn’t good and nobody was there to take care of a customer. i think they should have someone there or take care of check in the day before.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe were unable to leave our car there so it made for an extra trip. The movers we hired through U Haul (Urban Movers) cancelled the day of the move after we waited 45 minutes for them to arrive. My husband is severely disabled and it made for a long day. There were only 2 of us to move him and all of his things. They also charged my credit card even though they didn't show up. I have notified my bank. Overall it was a terrible experience.

Ahmed SWhen we came to drop off our U-Haul, we were parking it at the drop off location. As we were parking it, a man came out to talk to this. This man was quite possibly the rudest employee I have ever interacted with. He insisted we were at the wrong location. After I told him I was sure it was the correct location, he went back inside to check. When he came back out, he informed us that the system had us dropping it off the next day. He had fixed it, but he continued to treat us like we were inconveniencing his day and it was obvious that he did not want to do his job. He then proceeded to ask if we had filled the gas tank. We had not, because we were okay with paying the surcharge. He was obviously annoyed by that as well. This employee needs to be retrained on his customer service skills. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he did not give U-Haul a good look.
