The floater was not very fluent with the check in process. The gas gage was 30 miles to empty and marked incorrectly on rental when I told her she said they will credit you on drop off. They did not.

Brooks Sthe service wasn’t good and nobody was there to take care of a customer. i think they should have someone there or take care of check in the day before.
Eli WWe were unable to leave our car there so it made for an extra trip. The movers we hired through U Haul (Urban Movers) cancelled the day of the move after we waited 45 minutes for them to arrive. My husband is severely disabled and it made for a long day. There were only 2 of us to move him and all of his things. They also charged my credit card even though they didn't show up. I have notified my bank. Overall it was a terrible experience.
