Cristhian ACharged me 7 gallons of gas to go 20 miles. Worked out to $36. I didn’t get to go over the U-Haul with a clerk first or do a mobile check in. Both times i was emailed a form.

Mike MHave correct inventory numbers at each location correct. I reserved a 20 foot truck at the Cornell location and was told that I had to go to the basline location because they didn’t have one, only to find out that the Cornell location had the truck I needed once I arrived at baseline.
Omar NAustin, manager of Hillsboro West Self Storage, was very friendly, professional and efficient. The vibe at his shop was relaxed, unlike some other busy, chaotic U-Haul locations I've been to before. His shop is very well stocked with all that we needed for our move, including boxes of all sizes and two thicknesses, a selection of different packing tape and padlocks for sale to secure the storage units that he rents. Also, his shop offers both trucks and storage units of various sizes. I highly recommend doing business here! (Comments by George D.)
george dI didn't understand why I was charged over 60 dollars for a 4 hrs rental when I could have renter the truck for a whole day at 19.95? Did not make sense to me!
