How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe manager, pretty sure he is, at this location went above and beyond the normal service.. He helped us out both times that we brought equipment back. This time he went out of his way, to keep us from extra driving. Extra time going to another facility far away. Wecthank him for his above and beyond approach

Simon JPlease list a "not applicable" answer for some of these questions. I returned after hours, so I cannot answer about the personnel, for example.
