Didn't get any service to speak of. Told where the trailer was and had to get it myself. The trailer was very heavy to pick up by one person and no assistance was volunteered. Felt it was very impersonal. Sorry to comply this way, however, that is the way I felt.George C.

Truck was clean and service was friendly. Truck had full tank of gas. Truck did have a tire pressure sensor malfunctioning and a loose side view mirror that wouldn't hold its position. Besides that, good trip!JACOBAARON WOOD W.

I was charged a late return fee of $20 despite the truck being back by 5...the operator apparently likes going home by 4 pm, even though he only opens at 9.am...seems a 24 hour rental rate is only a 7 hour rate...Thomas R.

Unsure. A subsequent change hit my credit card after I returned the vehicle and there was no transparency provided for the charge. The miles were under my allocation, I believe I replaced the gas used and the truck bed was swept. Inappropriate to charge without notice.ROBERT E.

I worked to be done in time to return in person. Got there within published open hours yet location was closed. I was able to return on line, however there were several people there who were not as internet savvy and they were angry. In fact at least one had confirmed by phone earlier that someone would be there. Terrible representation for your company given how nice everything else was.michael M.
First experience the truck was out of oil so I had to wait for manager to arrive to secure another truck; second experience, truck was dirty inside and had just enough gas to get me to a storage facility before adding gas to tank.Sandra P.

When I called Uhaul to determine where to drop off my trailer they told me I would have to return it to Beaufort, SC (an hours drive away). I asked to talk to a supervisor. I was directed to Jennifer who pretty much told me "tough luck" and that I would have to drive to Beaufort (which she said was only 1/2 hour away - it is 58 minutes away with light traffic). When I asked to speak to her supervisor, Jennifer informed me that nothing would change, and that I would have to take the trailer to Beaufort. Within 10 minutes, her manager, Debra, called and authorized me to drop the trailer off at the Cardinal Ct. location because the owner of that facility graciously agreed to accept the trailer. The gentleman at Cardinal Ct said that he preferred not dealing with trailers but would make an exception for us. Both Debra and the Cardinal Ct owner made, what I thought would be a very bad experience, a very pleasant experience. I enjoyed talking to both of those people.bob S.

The customer service was excellent but the truck itself needed maintenance. There were three service lights on and it drove very poorly. Since I was only using it locally for a total of 7 miles, I wasn't really concerned. But for a longer trip I would have returned it immediately. Otherwise, all went well.JANE H.

While the moving truck experience was perfect, the MovingHelp experience has been a nightmare at a time of high stress. Our first movers flaked 2 days before our move and we cannot get any assistance in getting a refund. I have spent over four hours on hold, been told "it's not our problem" by U-Haul corporate (even though their website returns an error message when I attempt to cancel the order), been ignored by MovingHelp.com, and cannot find a resolution. I am disappointed by U-Haul's lack of involvement in resolving this issue. They partnered with this company--they need to stand by them and help customers with resulting issues. The web is full of reviews with similar stories, which I sadly did not find until we ran into problems. My fault for trusting U-Haul's reputation.Larry W.
