Great place to drop off. No one there. (before hours) I left the keys in the box. After the absolute hell of the pick up, that completely destroyed being done by early morning, my receiving end helpers were fabulous. I was charged extra for returning the truck on the date It was supposed to be returned. Because it was Labor Day and no one was there. I don't agree with it because the guy who issued the truck, said just drop the key off in the box but nothing about being charged extra!Edward B.

Adapter would have been nice to have for those with older model vehicles. Charging a $1.00 fee for those that needed one would be better than buying one for $14.95.RODNEY C.

The place said the establishment did not open till 9am which isn't a big deal.. I made an appointment to pick up a uhaul at 10am and the place wasn't even open at 10am. No one was even there! I called the number left on the door around 10am and the guy said "I'll be there in 2 minutes". Well 15 minutes go by and he finally shows up. It took an extra 20-25 min for him to complete the paper work and finally get me the keys. He didn't really give me any instructions on condition and gas for the uhaul. I eventually figure everything out on my own. Put a dispute an the uhaul app because there was a chip in the uhaul windshield and it was NOT clean. Dirt and leaves was in it.Jhon M.
The back driver tire was low when we rented the uhaul we had to put air in the tire 2 time the 2 days we had it. And the lady we rented it from said we did not put gas back where it was when we rented it and we stopped at enmarket and filled it back up b4 we took it back to her yard it would only hold 12.55 and it was full again so im not sure why she said the gas wasnt back where it should have been. I dont think she was right about that one. It was full when we rented it and it was full when we returned it to the yardVincent M.
