Very unprofessional workers at this location. Charged for gas and an “late” fee which was a full rental day charge although rental was returned timely. Worker added coverage protection that was specifically opted out of. My number was blocked after contacting for resolution

admyer fI have literally fill up the tank at the Kroger location which is 0.1miles from them and the still charged me for gas even though I fill it up to the initial. I was already gone and I got the return after they were closed. This is not okay. I know they were about to close but that shouldn’t stop you from doing the job right. They also charged me for extra mealage.
