We scheduled to drop off at Seligman, after hours. Upon drop off we went to uhaul app to find severer to drop off at Ash Fork, AZ, even though our document indicated Seligman. That was VERY frustrating. We had to call your rep after a very long 48 hours of moving. Your rep, Cat, was very helpful.

I had to use a pry bar to get the drivers side ramp out of its storage location. Could check and lube the ramps or verify they pull out without the need for additional tooling.

They had internet issues was 1/2 hour waiting for truck. But very nice over all. Internet was terrible in that area so I don't blame them.

There was nobody in the building except the two workers. I didn't even get the door open and they demanded that I have a mask. I have had it up to here already with U-Haul and I did not have a mask, because by law nobody can force you to wear a mask. I'm also asthmatic. I backed up and told them that I did not have a mask, I wouldn't be putting on a mask. The two people followed me outside where they removed their own masks, and they watched me disconnect the trailer, offered no assistance, and I found it to be par for the course.

Lauren was rude at pick up & even when I called twice to confirm everything was set up for virtual pickup, I still had to call him out because “he had like 6 people show up right before closing and forgot to leave” my truck outside his gate as we arranged. We had to wait at the pick up site for almost an hour. All of that aside, it was his poor attitude that I was most put off by.

We were directed to a locked gate and told to unhook the trailer ourselves and leave it outside the locked area. I'm glad to assume they consider that a secure practice.

The truck's heater and defrost did not work. The temperature was under 30 degrees causing me to have to leave a window part of the way down the entire trip from Williams to Phoenix. Having to wipe the windshield with paper towels was the only way to keep it clear. I have very disappointed with the service of the truck not the agent.

A safer means to drop it off would be good. Nobody to accept the truck or inspect it..! Doors locked to driving compartment but appliance dolly in unlocked cargo compartment is a bad thing. I was just waiting to hear (2days) if all was safe. Didn't like that.

Arrived 15 before opening and dropped trailer. Ran across street and returned at 9am and owner was fueling tow truck so went into office to wait, no problem. When entering office someone on couch who appeared to be family memeber, maybe son was not very friendly when greeted, absolute silence. so I waited for boss to return from pumps. When he returned he stated he had already checked-in trailer and completed paperwork, excellent. Also like to add I have never seen such a clean old garage ever. You can eat off shop floor. Then when going into office it was clean and very organized. Very impressed overall with this shop and business. They take pride. I would definitely use and recommend this shop in future. You do we'll to change the man that takes care of the customers . He does not know how to use a computer and had to redo the contract . After I signed ithe first contract he redid it and I signed a second contract.

I would recommend this location to a freind. But I would tell them to contact them by phone first to set time for pick up or drop off. As this location is not always manned.

I had to drive 2 hours each way to pick up my truck. The one I ordered at my location in Cottonwood was not available.
