The first rental truck we were assigned was roach infested. We called support and were transferred to the Regional office in Shreveport, LA. The representative that answered the phone was extremely rude, hung up in our face and was very argumentative. Terrible experience. Finally we were able to get a new truck after 2 hours on the phone.

VERONICA RThe people were fine but their parking lot was tiny, almost too small to hookup my car to the tow dolly. And they gave me a truck that was almost empty on gas: 29 miles until empty! And I didn't appreciate the pickup location changing 24 hours ahead of my pickup time! Seriously?

Joe STruck was not clean and I was charged i sent pictures prior to driving off with it would have sent more but only one picture was allowed. Gas was not completely at half returned it where it was at and got charged which im fine with had to drive to the location so that takes gas. Overall truck drove great but was not clean.

We had to purchase jumper cables in order to jump the uhaul to get it back working. Also the back tires was low on air throughout the journey and we had to refill it once as well. The people were great. Truck was not.

Jerome LBetter lighting at night, Property not neat. Trucks were all over propertin making it difficult to find the proper one. There was not requested dolly in the truck. Truck was not cleen, low on fuel and did not have washer fluid for the windshield.
