Gentleman at the desk was very friendly and was very efficient getting our trailer removed and our return processed in a timely manner. Highly would recommend this location.

The people were fine but their parking lot was tiny, almost too small to hookup my car to the tow dolly. And they gave me a truck that was almost empty on gas: 29 miles until empty!
And I didn't appreciate the pickup location changing 24 hours ahead of my pickup time! Seriously?

Truck was not clean and I was charged i sent pictures prior to driving off with it would have sent more but only one picture was allowed. Gas was not completely at half returned it where it was at and got charged which im fine with had to drive to the location so that takes gas. Overall truck drove great but was not clean.

The location was great. People were nice and helpful no issues at all with the business and location! The truck tho was not. The battery died on us halfway thru the trip. We had to purchase jumper cables in order to jump the uhaul to get it back working. Also the back tires was low on air throughout the journey and we had to refill it once as well. The people were great. Truck was not.

This is an excellent location. The owner is so helpful in regards to making everything so easy. From making the reservation, to helping extend it, and other details. Other locations have pushed me to the app or online to make reservations instead of helping me in person.

Better lighting at night, Property not neat. Trucks were all over propertin making it difficult to find the proper one. There was not requested dolly in the truck. Truck was not cleen, low on fuel and did not have washer fluid for the windshield.
