Originally booked a 15' van in Longmont at 8 am. A day before they called and switched the location to Boulder. I went to the Boulder location and they had 0 trucks/vans of any size available to rent. Had to wait 30 mins for my ride to come back for me. They gave me a corporate phone number to call since they had no trucks. I called and corporate couldn't find any trucks available except 1 10' truck in Longmont. They scheduled me for 10:30 am pick up there and gave me a $15 discount for the trouble and smaller truck. I asked if I got to Longmont early, I could pick up the truck early. They said yes. I arrived at 10 am, the app would not work to pick up the truck and said to contact corporate. I called, they said the location was closed. I waited an hour until they opened, then they charged me the wrong price and made me call corporate again to fix the discrepancy. The lady on the phone was rude despite me being chill. Left at 12 in the afternoon with a smaller truck, 4 hours after I had planned.

The gentleman at the front desk who has been consistently there is knowledgable, quick, and very pleasant. He's actually the reason I choose this location at Main & 11th first vs. the many in Longmont, CO. I know he will get me through quickly. I rent uHaul trucks frequently due to our home staging business.

This is not the location we reserved our rental at, this is the location that actually had the trailer we reserved. This is the second time we've rented a trailer and had to go to a second location to actually get the trailer we reserved. Very annoying and a waste of our time. It's also not beneficial to the rental locations. They need to keep ink in the printer, so they can give the customers paperwork.

The guy that gave me the keys was nice. The first U-haul I went to didn’t have a “one way” that I could drop off at a different location so they looked it up and sent me to another place that they said it did. On the way to the next place I got a call that said another person reserved it. I finally find a car that I have to drive 3 hours to return and the sun visor was broken and kept falling into my field of vision and I couldn’t clip it and I had to keep moving it so I could see. Not worth the money. Home Depot has better standards.

Excellent experience and very professional! The lot is clean and organized as well. I was so happy to see this owner back and so happy that they also have moving supplies. Convenient and really awesome!!!! 😃

Nobody there to accept the truck and moving blankets, I'll chose elsewhere next time. I had info for them on the truck condition. Figure it out yourself U-Haul.

I was never told that the location “Could” change last minute. This is an absolute joke, I will never use U-Haul again. I made my reservation more than a month ahead of time so there were no issues. Poor service, poor set up !!

Excellent location in Longmont, large lot with easy access to the street with sufficient parking area to maneuver around. Owner met me and helped get me checked in and disconnected right away. Even on the weekend.

It took me 3 hours-to pick up the truck /transporter. I had to get make the phone calls-trying to resolve my issues-plate didn’t match the truck when taking pictures. He didn’t want to help. He messed up my drop-off location.-assigned different place. No pictures of place/no reviews. I had to drive 30 minutes to/from location-to get the truck.i am not happy.He was in a rush-complete.I would not recommend this place.-worst place since being a customer.
