KRISTINE HNobody there to accept the truck and moving blankets, I'll chose elsewhere next time. I had info for them on the truck condition. Figure it out yourself U-Haul.
Nancy RI was never told that the location “Could” change last minute. This is an absolute joke, I will never use U-Haul again. I made my reservation more than a month ahead of time so there were no issues. Poor service, poor set up !!
