The App doesn't work when trying to upload the pictures and thus I was unable to complete the return via the app. Hold for service was over an hour. By the time i got an answer I had already returned home and since I was not on site the customer service was unable to fix the app problem. (assuming it was fixable via phone/internet)Stuart C.

We picked up the UHaul around 10am EST as we were not informed that we needed to be there promptly at selected pick up time because the organization was closed. The Owner told us to bring back the unit any time before Monday as he didn't need it back promptly at 5pm, which was the selected drop off date. Then I see my invoice and was charged for 2 rental fees because we didn't turn it in promptly. I will be requesting a refund for the 2nd charge and if not refunded, I will be sure to tell everyone I know about how unfair and poorly this transaction was handled.Melissa W.

The link in the txt was not user friendly. I got out of the truck locked it and started driving off when I remembered the txt. Too late to get the required pictures and I'm sure I was charged for someone to confirm I had the gas gauge back to where it was and there was no damage.
