I have rented from this location 2 times in the last month. Both times went very well. Very easy to rent the truck size that I needed. The help over the phone and in person was just what I required.
STEVEN HWhen presented the final bill, none of the numbers added up. $402 were paid on the website, but the itemized bill doesn’t show the same amount as what was charged to our card, we have electronic receipts showing one amount then bank statements showing how much was actually taken out by this business. When confronting the lady running this location she got tongue tied and frustrated, barley forming a sentence then all at once stated she had more important matters to attend to and she had to discuss those more important matters with her manager then hung up on me.
MARILYN BEverything was excellent! Very happy with customer service! She was amazing. She even helped me out by coming in early on a Saturday so I wouldn't be late to work. Without me asking her to. I wouldn't change a thing and my experience needed no improvement. It was perfect. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
