The truck had a taillight out, the sheriff who pulled me over was unhappy.. when I walked to the uhaul after getting the keys at holy smoke I saw two 2 ft long cracks in the winshield.. How unsafe that was for me to drive in, the sheriff was not happy bout that.. when I asked the holy smoke cashier he said was probably relayed by the previous renter, when I called u haul u guys had no idea about the windshield, u had no idea about the taillight, so I feel holy smoke set me up to be a fall guy, and end up me getting blamed and pay for the damages. This truck has only 10,000 miles.. metal noises under bouncing up down back forth, suspension probably shot.. this was a terrible experience and I will never rent from you crooks ever again... no one reported the damage but the truck was dropped at holy smoke in June, someone should look into this, holy smoked tried to fuck me over, and I won't be the last... it's illegal and so dangerous to drive with broke windshields, u guys wanted me to take out insurance on the truck, u need insurance policies for me and us who rent from you.. so shady u Haul good bye and good riddance

MARCEL KThe truck was terrifying to drive. The heater didn’t work properly. The alignment was off so badly I couldn’t see the dash and gauges. Someone who identified themselves as the building owner told me I couldn’t return the truck where I got it from and asked me to move it.
