I was redirected to this location from a more convenient location where I booked the rental. I was told I would receive a credit for the inconvenience of a different pickup location, did not see that?

MARCEL KThe truck was terrifying to drive. The heater didn’t work properly. The alignment was off so badly I couldn’t see the dash and gauges. Someone who identified themselves as the building owner told me I couldn’t return the truck where I got it from and asked me to move it.
