the unit was filthy with trash in the cab and dirt in the back. It was given to me almost empty and I had to immediately find a gas station. I was charged for a furniture dolly, but one was not in the truck and I didn't ask for one. I was given mileage that didn't even cover the drive to the destination. This was a horrible experience, when I move back, I will look for another option.

Make sure you don't force extra charges onto the customer. I did not want Safelite insurance and was charged for it. Also Im not sure but I got double charged on the credit card (51 and then 52 again for the same service). Ridiculous
