When we returned truck the rep at store did not check truck for mileage or check if we put gas back where it was. Maybe they were not trained on this. Also they did not report it as returned. I received call from haul to see if truck was returned 2 days later

When I arrived at the store, the staff member was very rude and the environment was chaotic. People were arguing and yelling, and it took 25 minutes just to receive the keys. When I returned the truck, the situation was even worse. Kids were throwing soda, the owner was chasing people out, and another individual was threatening to shoot up the store. It took over 45 minutes just to complete the return process, and to make matters worse, the truck was not officially checked back in until four days later. The entire situation felt completely unsafe, and the police had to be called. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this location for truck pick ups or returns.

NEVER rent a u-haul from this location. Reserved a truck for 5 hours on Saturday, returned a half hour before my time ended and dropped off the keys same day. It wasn't entered in as returned until Monday. I was charged for the two extra days and when I opened a dispute and they called the location the owner of Home Market said I returned it two hours late on Saturday, which also wasn't true. They had to check the cameras and finally processed my refund. This was my first and last time renting with u-haul because of this experience at this location. Also, you have to pick up your truck in the middle of an unmaintained grass field.
