The first place they sent me on Alum Creek two separate lock boxes did not have keys I had to drive to the other location hour and a half just to get a truck ridiculous

not obvious where to park the truck for drop off and when we went in to clarify, he wanted a picture of the odometer and the key airdropped to him (which is not at all mentioned through the online drop off instructions--instructed to take photos through the app and then put the key in the dropbox). Felt a little shady and would not use again if possible

TIFFANY LThe location didn't seem safe and the customers were verbally abusive to the staff. It was pretty sad. Unfortunately also, the furniture dolly I paid to rent wasn't there. Only the appliance dolly was in the truck. Only 3 moving blankets and 2 shabby comforters.
Phillip SWhen we returned truck the rep at store did not check truck for mileage or check if we put gas back where it was. Maybe they were not trained on this. Also they did not report it as returned. I received call from haul to see if truck was returned 2 days later
