The cost is very high. Had the truck for 26 hours drove 44 miles, 10 of it was picking up the vehicle and it cost $250. I won’t use you again if your going to rip me off

Worst possible customer service!!! Don’t rent from U-Haul if you have to pick up from Homer Ave Automotive. I specifically made my reservation so I could pick up when the business was open and I could speak with a human being – not go through the web app. Homer Ave Automotive’s voice message and the sign on their establishment said that they were open Saturday until 12 noon. I got there at 11:30 AM. Maintenance workers happen to be around. They called the Homer Ave Automotive person and put me on the phone. He was RUDE and told me “WE ARE NOT OPEN TODAY!” I told him the sign and voice mail says you are open. “WE ARE NOT OPEN!” Disgusting and rude. The opposite of good customer service. U-Haul would be wise to drop Homer Ave Automotive.

Not to tell your customers that it's outside and don't come out to help to lift the equipment or connect the equipment to make sure that everything is working properly poorer service,

I had the worse furniture dolly and the car smelled like bird poop. I left it at a 24 hour drop and got charged way too much and the guy who gave it to me said to leave it at a quarter tank and I did and still got charged.

This wasn’t the location where I requested my service. Honestly this whole igual thing was a waste of time and money. Will never use igual again. I made my reservation 10 days prior to the pick up day. When I got there they didn’t have my truck nor my trailer. (Absecon Uhaul) I had to drive all the way to Monahawkin to get the truck. Then drive else where to get the trailer. Wasted my whole day. Then when I went to pick up the trailer the prize they had given me prior to pick up, it was doubled for no reason. Why I’m still not sure. $200 and some change the website said when I made the reservation. It was almost $400 that I ended up paying for the renting of the trailer alone. Not counting the $600 for the truck it self. At the end I had understood that I was paying close to $775 after taxes. But it turns out it was more than $1000 at the end of it all. Only reason I went ahead and proceeded was because it was already done and I didn’t have the time or energy to look for other company. But rest assured it will be the last time renting a uhaul.

The truck was clean and there set up for express pick up but that is as far as I'm going would of prefer Diamond auto

Customer Service was friendly and quick -- both picking up and dropping off. Equipment ran well. I would recommend this location to others, and will likely use them again.
