The dolly I ordered was not in the back of the truck. The service area was closed at 930 am on a Saturday so there was no one to help me remedy this issue. Thankfully a neighbor had a dolly I could borrow.

Tara KiesslingMelissa @ the Red Creek Uhaul location was very patient in explaining and answering many questions regarding the 10-foot box moving van! She was great throughout the entire process AND I appreciated the guidance, especially after being informed someone else had attempted to reserve the same moving van shortly after I had completed the reservation/contract! I was disappointed to learn that I would not be credited or reimbursed for returning the rented moving van on a full tank of gas vs the original 7/8 of a tank but yet I was charged an added "environmental fee" of $2.00, that I wasn't aware of but I understand bc it's probably some fee for the gas/truck fumes for the travel. (?) Anyway, the moving van was rented for 2 days (Fri to Sat and Sat to Sun) according to transaction contract time. It was nice getting emailed versions, along with original contract in paper form. It was a good experience and I appreciate the process being explained from beginning to end!

DONNA JOHNSONThe tie cords were extremely hard to disconnect. But I believe it was due to weather Red Creek goes through and the distance I had to drive. W-D40 helped, no problem. The people I rented from were really pleasant.

Kristin PetersonCup holders in the Uhaul were gross and sticky. In order to get the size we ordered we had to drive 30 minutes out of our way. When we picked it up, it was extremely loud and noisy. When we returned it, we found out it was because the exhaust had an issue. Shouldn't that have been noticed before it was given to us?

WILLIAM GABELHad to pick up Friday due to location being closed Saturday. Was told return Sunday for one day rental charge. Got charged 3 days.
Amanda HayesI didn't realize that I had to put my return on the computer I feel that I got charged more than I should have. I picked up the computer on Saturday and returned it on Sunday I got charged $80 for a 10 foot van. I believe that is because no one was there and I put the key in the drop box. After I read the email I realized that I was supposed to sign in and upload pictures to uhaul. No one told me this, so when you rent something from uhaul read your email.
BABETTE FRANKThe only thing is I wasn’t told really want to do after I returned it until I got a text message and basically after I drop the vehicle off I was supposed to take a picture of the mileage and gas tank and I didn’t do that so now they’re going to charge me a $20 fee and that’s because I wasn’t told I needed to do that I did fill the gas tank half-full like they said
Anita KellamLocation and employees were fantastic. Experience with Uhaul as a company was extremely poor and we will not be using Uhaul as a moving service or recommending it in the future.
Ryan CullinaneThe truck leaked in the upper area above the cab! Boxes I put up there to safe and dry were soaked and things inside were wet and ruined as well. I don't know how they company could have known unless the checked inside during a rain storm.

PHIL EYGNORWe originally rented from Malone's in Oswego, 2 weeks before we needed the truck. The day before our pick up, we were told we would have to go to Red Creek to pick up our truck which is 25 miles away. Though we were given more milage, our time and gas were not compensated. The truck itself was very loud in both engine and road noise. The people we delt with at all locations--Malone's in Oswego, Hometown Service Center Inc. in RedCreek, and Robinson's Hardware & Garden Center in Slingerlands were apologetic and understanding but unable to fix the inconvience and expence as stated in this message. 50 miles of driving out of our way and the gas and time involved without prior knowledge is unacceptable.
