The tie cords were extremely hard to disconnect. But I believe it was due to weather Red Creek goes through and the distance I had to drive. W-D40 helped, no problem. The people I rented from were really pleasant.

Kristin P.Cup holders in the Uhaul were gross and sticky. In order to get the size we ordered we had to drive 30 minutes out of our way. When we picked it up, it was extremely loud and noisy. When we returned it, we found out it was because the exhaust had an issue. Shouldn't that have been noticed before it was given to us?
