Rude woman behind the desk, showed “office” but was locked, she even walked into building and door still locked. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Will never use this location again. Disappointed that is the caliber of employees that represent UHaul. Was supposed to be completely online when I made reservation. There was a hat on the dash that was disgusting when we got in. Smelled bad inside the truck as well.
