They were not open to assist me with unhooking it was very difficult to return the trailer w no help.
Tara K.Melissa @ the Red Creek Uhaul location was very patient in explaining and answering many questions regarding the 10-foot box moving van! She was great throughout the entire process AND I appreciated the guidance, especially after being informed someone else had attempted to reserve the same moving van shortly after I had completed the reservation/contract! I was disappointed to learn that I would not be credited or reimbursed for returning the rented moving van on a full tank of gas vs the original 7/8 of a tank but yet I was charged an added "environmental fee" of $2.00, that I wasn't aware of but I understand bc it's probably some fee for the gas/truck fumes for the travel. (?) Anyway, the moving van was rented for 2 days (Fri to Sat and Sat to Sun) according to transaction contract time. It was nice getting emailed versions, along with original contract in paper form. It was a good experience and I appreciate the process being explained from beginning to end!
