U-Haul in generally absolutely terrible. The pick up location was changed on me twice to locations 30 more mins out of my way then had to change the size of the truck to to be accommodated for pick up locations. None of this is posted on the website or told to you when making the booking and choosing your pick up and drop off location. If they can change it why let us pick. Then the drop off location was picked online was never called or told it changed until final receipt and I was charged money for “wrongful drop off location” like what! I will never you U-Haul ever again.
