UPDATE: We called U-Haul and they quickly resolved the problem. Horrible experience - DO NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. We filled the gas tank to the required level at their on-site gas station. We were charged over $75 the next day for gas. We called the location twice leaving messages to dispute the charge and never received a call back.

Philip PTruck was in rough shape, and the business owner tried to add the expensive insurance that I declined on my online reservation without me knowing. Haul refunded it, but this place was very sketchy. Do not recommend.
