Original truck site location was in Milwaukee, got call 24 hours before pickup that equipment was not available, had to travel (Uber) 15 miles to new destination. I specifically booked a hotel room near the original site so I could walk to the site and pick up the truck I had rented. Did Uhaul reimburse me for the Uber- NO. I had to pay for gas to get back to the original pickup point (moving daughter from college). Overall a horrible experience from Uhaul.

This site was fine but it was not the site I made my request for. I was told y UHaul that my confirmed truck at another site was given to another customer. Not sure why I was the one who had to adjust, but I did. This site was further from my destination so I ultimately paid more for the mileage. The truck and the people I dealt with did a good job. For that I am thankful.

My pick up location was changed. But I didn’t get notification. Only one person works in this gas station, seems too busy for him

It's a small quickie mart, but it was fine.

Dave was so nice and accommodating. He made the whole rental extremely easy! Great job. Really helped us out.

Easy drop off

Was a gas station with no signage that was visible and no trucks on the lot. Seemed very shady. Attendant just asked for keys and didn’t want to check truck in. I decided to do self checkout and hand him keys so I had drop off record.

Pick up location was extremely unorganized and I was wild maybe 3/4 times I did not have a reservation before magically my reservation appeared after 15/20 minutes. Truck maybe had 40 miles of gas left in it and the worker told me it is what it is for now, but they will reimburse me at the drop off location for the gas I put in it. I spent $60 on gas and was then never reimbursed for any of it. After reaching out to ask out it, I never heard back.
