Dave and his Phillips66 gas station were wonderful! I will recommend him and it to all of my family and friends. Although the U-Haul 26-footer was clean, very well-equipped with supplies for moving, and an easy automatic to drive, something was terribly wrong with the suspension was horrible. It shook at speeds below 45 and bounced all over after encountering a tiny numb in the road. It made me feel like a milkshake and rattled my brain. I relaxed in a hot tub afterwards!! 😊 But, thank you Dave for a “smooth” rental process and your kind personality.

Arrange for customers to pick up the equipment at the location that is convenient to them! Don't surprise them with a totally different location, no matter how "close" it is. If I wanted to pick it up at a different location, I would have chosen it.
