The person helping at this location made it easy and was super nice. The only thing I wish could have improved was the Uhaul app, it wouldn’t let me upload the pictures of the truck to complete the check in. It made the experience take more time and difficult.

I filled the tank after I left with $35 of gas. How do the charge me for 5 gallons when I only drove 45 miles. Even if I didn’t put a single dime in the tank, a cargo van doesn’t use 5 gallons in 45 miles. I didn’t take pictures when I returned it because I didn’t have internet service. This place is awful.
MATTHEW RWhen I rent for a day it means 24 hours. So when I get the truck at 8pm it’s due by8pm the next day. Not 5:30. You charged me a second day even though I disputed the second day charge and explained my reasoning. I’ve put up with your software crap causing me to lose a work day twice because it kept putting Gilbert in place of my name so you think you would could be more understanding. This is poor customer service and you need to resolve this issue if you want my continued business.

Jose OWas super easy and fast. The only issue I had was with the U-Haul app itself. When trying to upload images of the truck before taking it the app would actually send the photos after I took them. Had to restart the app to get it to work. Other than that the interaction was easy and fast.
Brandon OService was very fast and friendly, but there were issues with the App they were using working only very slowly leading to unnecessary delay.
