The reason I would not recommend them to anybody and I will not rent from them again is because they were not very friendly. When I went to pick up my rental. I had asked questions about insurance that I had gotten for my rental and I was told that they really don’t know anything about What I may have purchased for insurance

RHONDA BTurned in vehicle and ladies at counter simply said I would get an email receipt as soon as they checked it out. Stayed in store to look at what they carried and neither lady spoke to me again or updated me. Received an email receipt later on that evening and they billed my card for gas but tank was full when I returned it. They didn’t seem to be interested in checking on the vehicle while I was there.

CONNIE NHome Depot CANCELED my reservation 4 hours before I was going to pick it up!!! I then called Houskas and they were able to accommodate me; they were so friendly and answered all my questions. The van was perfect, the drop off could not have been easier…I will use again when needed and refer all my friends.

Shannon EAbsolutely nothing. The service here is absolutely unbeatable. The staff helped me THREE separate times with various issues and made my disaster of a day much more dreamlike. I wish I had their names, but there was a lovely redheaded woman who set me up at 3pm on 4/4, a gentleman who assisted me on the phone with moving my reservation, and the kind woman who wasn't open yet, but called my cell phone for me at 0800 on 4/5 bc I thought it may have been lost in the van. All superstars who deserve big, fat raises!

Vinnie RI would only suggest that the location have a representative do a "walk around" vehicle inspection with the customer before & after the rental. I took pre-trip pictures of slight damage on the truck (Scratches from tree branches I'd guess, a minor dent in the door) to protect myself from any disputes but I did so unilaterally. I would note that I visit this location frequently so that was probably a factor.
Thomas SI wish there was a way to better measure the gas tank contents. We added 7 gallons of gasoline but drove only 17 (seventeen) miles. Obviously the gas gauge showing full at the beginning of our rental was off by a lot.

Thomas KThe process is convenient but the UHAUL part of the store service (an ACE Hardware) ended at 3pm so you had to use the cell phone check-in to return the vehicle. I would have preferred at real person to check in the vehicle for return. The app did, however, work as intended.
