Each of my last three rentals has included additional charges on the final invoice; twice for blankets & dolly and once for "cleaning fee". The first two rentals didn't even have blankets in the trucks and the dolly was never used. The last charge for "cleaning fee" was bogus as I only carried inflated balloon in the van. (And I swept it out before I loaded it). Does U-Haul hope renters won't notice this fees? A great way to make extra money off people who don't pay attention.

This is the second rental in a row I was charged for moving blankets and a dolly I didn't use. I hope this isn't a trend to increase the bill hoping the customer won't notice. Both times the charges have been reversed when I brought to U-Haul's attention.

Nothing. The process was easy and the personnel were very informative with instructions as well as being extremely friendly and courteous.

This was the most disappointing experience I've had with U-Haul. When I arrived to pick up my "after hours" rental, the U-Haul website couldn't find my location and I was unable to continue the process to retrieve the keys and get my truck. I called Customer Service and spent 45 minutes talking to five different agents who were unable to help me retrieve the keys. I was eventually transferred to a Manager. he asked, "What can I do for you?" I requested a code to unlock the box to get my keys. The Manager spent twenty minutes verifying the reservation information. First, he told me I didn't have a 6:30am pick up (even though my confirmation stated a 6:30am pick up). The Manager finally informed me that there was nothing he could do. He told me to download the U-Haul app instead of using the website. I told him that the website was the link from the confirmation. He told me only the app could be used to complete the process. I then downloaded the app and attempted to complete the process. The Manager would not help me with the app process in any way. After one hour, I finally retrieved the keys and got into my truck. The delay made me extremely late for an appointment. I have rented U-Haul trucks from this location many times in the past, during business hours and after hours. I have never had any problems. But this process was extremely frustrating and the customer service was appalling.

If you are paying for a Dolly to be included the Dolly should be in the back of the truck. You shouldn't have to get all the way home to pack to realize there's no dolly

The lady who was working was NOT customer friendly. There was an issue with my reservation and she basically said tough luck this is what we have deal with it. The girl who helped me when I returned the truck however was extremely helpful and friendly. Truck was pretty dirty though.

Store representative was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the rental process. He explained all the details of the rental agreement, provided an explanation of how to use/operate the truck. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends. When I called about it I asked if I could use my master card reloadable card they said yes.and then they told me that that they opened at 8:00a.m but when we got there they don't open entill 9:00a.m
