The customer service agent contacted to assist with completing the pick up process was condesending, and I was told the scheduled reservation was the issue, as the location did not allow for the use of a personal device for completing the pick up, and I had to go inside, which I did; yet, less than 20 minutes later, another agent contacted me, wanting to complete the mobile check-in process. The issue is with U-Haul, as the proprietor was very accommodating and pleasant; however, the interior of the vehicle does need to be cleaned.
